Health clubs, gyms and diets are for suckers because, for the most part, none of them show long-term results. Why is that?

Denver health clubs and gyms actually make more money if you don't show up, so they couldn't care less if you lose weight. Plus, if you do show up, nobody is there to make sure you exercise for the proper amount of time and intensity.

Diets usually involve eating food that tastes like the cardboard box it came in, followed by temporary weight loss, which you then gain right back after inhaling two pizzas.

Most old-school personal trainers only focus on dropping weight, not keeping it off. And, let's face it, many of them are downright creepy with their baggy, leopard-print sweats, lame jokes and lurid stares.

So what makes Anti-Gym different?
