MAK HIT Training
- This methodology was developed by owner Michael Karolchyk and is structured to deliver an optimal combination of cardio work and weight training.
- Training is conducted in small groups of clients, as small group training has proven to be much more effective than one-on-one training in motivating and inspiring clients.
- Clients typically participate in three-to-five, 1-hour group sessions every week at a time of day that is convenient for them.
- All personal training sessions are conducted by our Lifestyle Consultants at our Denver facilities.
Meal Plans
- Custom meal plans are developed for each client in order to achieve personal health and fitness goals.
- Plans include generous portions and fresh, gourmet foods - no starvation diets and no fare that tastes like cardboard and chalk.
- Plans ensure clients receive all essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
Weight/Body Fat Monitoring
- The only proven way to accurately gauge training progress is to measure weight and body fat percentage on a regular basis.
- Body weight is measured weekly; body fat percentage is measured monthly.
Report Cards
- Each month, clients are graded on their progress, attitude, attendance, workout performance, meal plan adherence and tardiness.
